We process correspondence data (name, e-mail, phone, company, message) and technical cookie data. Purposes: responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), preparing offers and performing contracts (b), legal — tax and accounting — obligations (c), and, with consent, marketing and statistics (a and f).

We use cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering the light/dark theme and your cookie choice) — these require no consent. Traffic statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not profile individuals. Only with your consent do we load Microsoft Clarity, which measures time on page, scroll depth and records anonymised session replays to help us improve the site. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and you can also change or delete cookies in your browser.

We entrust data only to trusted providers (hosting, e-mail, accounting, analytics) under processing agreements. Correspondence is kept up to 3 years from the last contact; contract data for the period required by law. As a rule we do not transfer data outside the EEA.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish DPA (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
